Boston Strategy Group, a leader in Applied Improvisational (AIM) programs, is pleased to announce the successful completion of “Applied Improvisation, a 21st Century Management Skill” for the HRA SNJ. The exclusive program was held for HRA members in Vineland, NJ, on February 15, 2024.

Theodore Klein, Managing Partner at BSG, presented a program that introduced AIM as a novel, experiential learning process that is used to improve business functions. Tailored to HR professionals, the exclusive session showcased how AIM fosters an environment that encourages productivity, innovation, and ultimately increases profitability within organizations.

Bruce Dustra, HRA SNJ’s Program Manager said: “Ted’s presentation was interesting and engaging, but above all else, it made us think:  I would recommend it to any group that is looking for an opportunity to learn something new about effective leadership.”

“I’m grateful to HRA for offering their full support of this timely program,” said Theodore Klein. “Participants learned how organizational trust is critical to leadership and to building staff engagement, and how AIM is a scientifically-backed approach that can be leveraged by HR departments to create real value where it did not exist before.”

HRA-SNJ has been serving HR professionals for over 75 years. The organization provides a forum for members to share ideas, exchange information, and develop their professional skills.

With over 40 years of executive experience at premier consulting firms, Klein has led over 400 engagements for global corporate and government institutions, and conducted over 500 presentations and management programs across five continents.  He has served on the management faculty at Boston University, Boston College, and the University of Massachusetts. The HRA presentation follows successful presentations delivered to the Training Magazine Network, Rhode Island Society for Human Resource Management (RI SHRM), and Human Resource Association of the Twin Tiers (HRATT).
