The board is composed of accomplished leaders in the talent management space who will helping shape the company strategy and growth. The board will provide insights to TalentGuard as it continues to transform workplace talent management to help companies engage, develop and retain talent.

The appointments to the advisory board include:
Lisa Cannell brings over 20 years of experience linking talent strategy and business results. Cannell currently serves as Managing Director of Executive Education and Lifelong Learning, University of Virginia Darden Graduate School of Business. She has previously held senior HR leadership positions at major corporations including State Farm Insurance Companies, SNL Financial (now part of S&P Global Intelligence), and StellarOne Corporation.
Erin Hamrick has twenty years of experience as an executive search consultant and is currently a Founding Partner at Sterling James. Prior to founding Sterling James in 2011, Erin served as a Partner with the insurance practices of both Heidrick & Struggles and Spencer Stuart. During this time, she also took a year sabbatical to work for the U.S. Department of Defense, where she supported reconstruction efforts in Iraq.
Brent Rasmussen is an accomplished executive and expert in business operations, human capital and talent management. He is an experienced corporate advisor, board member, capital fundraiser, and acquisition and exit strategy manager with a proven track record in leading operations and sales during peak growth period. Brent is currently CEO of Visibly. Previously, Brent was CEO of Halo Group and Chief Operating Officer at CareerBuilder.
William Schiemann is a thought leader in the human resources field and an expert at optimizing internal talent through use of strategic performance surveys and scorecards to drive stakeholder alignment and engagement.
