Skillsoft wins AI Excellence Award for CAISY, unveils coaching features

Skillsoft, a leading platform for transformative learning experiences, announced that its AI-powered coaching solution, CAISY™, has been recognized with a 2024 AI Excellence Award by Business Intelligence Group.

The award highlights Skillsoft’s innovative use of generative AI (GenAI) via CAISY to develop critical communication skills and more effective leaders across the workforce.
