PRO Unlimited

PRO Unlimited, an integrated workforce management (IWM) platform provider, today announced it was named a “Market Leader” in Vendor Management Systems (VMS) as part of Ardent Partners’ 2022 VMS Technology Advisor report. PRO was evaluated against 10 VMS solutions providers and recognized for its agile technology, commitment to progressive functionality, aggressive M&A activity, and robust collection of data-driven offerings. According to Ardent Partners’ report, PRO Unlimited’s platform and integrated services make it a “true pioneer in the Future of Work arena.”

Ardent Partners’ report evaluated 11 preeminent VMS solutions on the market and segmented them into four categories — Market Leaders, Specialist Leaders, Vanguard Leaders, and Challengers — to help businesses navigate the complex and mature VMS solutions marketplace. The Market Leader designation was awarded only to those providers who were found to have universal strength across their offerings and an ability to execute at the highest level.

PRO ranked highest among all providers in the “Solution Strength” category, which considered nearly a dozen distinct quantitative and qualitative factors, including requisition management, candidate management, SOW and services procurement support, talent pool curation and direct sourcing, mobility, and analytics and reporting.

“The conversation around contingent and extended workforces is evolving before our eyes — and PRO has been leading the way,” said Joseph Hanna, Chief Product Officer of PRO Unlimited. “Businesses are increasingly looking to experienced VMS providers for answers as they embrace increased flexibility and reimagine their relationship with employees. Ardent Partners’ recognition of PRO as one of the most inventive, mature options on the market speaks to the forward thinking of our design and development teams, the value of our experience, and the efficacy of our integrated platform. We look forward to continuing to drive this conversation and deliver cutting-edge capabilities that empower our clients to optimize their modern workforces.”

Ardent Partners highlighted several of PRO’s differentiators based on its assessment, including the company’s:

  • Integrated Workforce Management Platform, which melds industry-leading software, services, and data.
  • Intuitive VMS interface, which allows users to layer candidate engagement and contingent workforce management processes on top of data-driven elements for more insight-based decisions.
  • Direct sourcing solution, which offers both core and advanced functionalities to drive improved candidate quality.
  • Candidate matching capabilities, which are augmented by AI and machine learning, enabling hiring managers to better match candidates to open positions.
  • Focus on DE&I, which serves as a key foundational line throughout all elements of PRO’s VMS tool.
  • Talent Intelligence, which augments PRO’s VMS functionality with real-time information about talent, subject matter expertise, and dynamic support.
  • Aggressive market activity, which has translated into a wealth of product enhancements within direct sourcing, candidate experience, and other areas.

“PRO Unlimited has become a pure representation of innovation and agility in a complex business climate,” said Christopher J. Dwyer, senior vice president of research at Ardent Partners, managing director of the Future of Work Exchange, and author of the new report. “PRO’s IWM platform is a powerful collection of end-to-end technology that can help businesses thrive in an evolving world of talent and work. Through its dedication to data and intelligence, direct sourcing, and services procurement, as well its pioneering ‘platform approach’ to its solution set, PRO Unlimited is primed for even more success in the months and years ahead.”

According to Ardent Partners, VMS platforms have evolved to become the “nexus” of all contingent and extended workforce management activities. The foundational elements of VMS are inextricably entwined with the tenets of the emerging Future of Work movement. PRO’s designation as a Market Leader in this space reflects the company’s ongoing commitment to leading the charge as it defines tomorrow’s workplace.
