Cintas Corporation has been recognized by Newsweek as one of America’s Greatest Workplaces. The award distinguishes the best workplaces in the United States based on insights and experiences of employees and non-employees regarding corporate culture, working conditions and other business aspects.

“This award is a testament to our dedication to creating supportive workplaces where our employee-partners can develop and flourish in their careers,” said Todd Schneider, Cintas President and CEO. “We take immense pride in receiving this recognition, and I am thankful for each and every one of our tremendous employee-partners who make this one of America’s greatest workplaces.”

Newsweek and data firm Plant-A Insights Group conducted a study that involved an assessment of publicly accessible data, discussions/interviews with HR professionals, and a large employer survey of over 250,000 employees working for U.S. companies that employed more than 500 employees in 2023 and more than 1,000 employees in 2022. The study also collected over 1.5 million comprehensive company reviews.

Over the past year, Cintas has received numerous awards for its workplace and employment practices, including:

“Part of creating a great workplace involves engaging employee-partners in our decision-making processes and valuing their input,” said Max Langenkamp, Senior Vice President of Human Resources and Chief Diversity Officer. “We have talented individuals who care for one another and share the values of our corporate culture. Earning this award speaks volumes to the success of our culture and the employee-partners who live it.”
