IMN Enterprises, a women-owned and led family of healthcare staffing companies, is bringing together its direct hire recruiters under one new brand – Clinical Magnet. IMN’s other companies, ICON Medical Network, Independence Anesthesia Services, and MedAdventures, will continue supporting healthcare facilities and providers with high-quality locum tenens (temporary) recruitment services.

With the urgent need to address healthcare provider shortages across the country, the new structure will allow IMN’s recruiters to be even more focused on filling both full-time and temporary positions to help improve the quality of patient care.

“We created Clinical Magnet to bring our direct hire services under one name rather than having them spread across IMN’s multiple companies, making it even easier for clients to work with us,” said Janet Elkin, IMN CEO. “As we’ve grown, IMN leadership recognized that to continue providing elevated levels of service, we needed to create distinct direct hire and locum teams. This will enable our recruiters to best fill critically-needed positions, whether full-time, temporary, or a combination of both.”

The Clinical Magnet team will work in tandem with each client’s hiring manager to recruit top-notch providers from across the country to fill full-time positions including physicians, anesthesiologists, Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetists (CRNAs), advanced practice providers, registered nurses, allied health professionals, dentists, and dental hygienists. Additionally, they feature specialized recruiters focusing on the placement of leadership roles.

Their specialized skills and training in the medical community, plus access to IMN’s robust suite of recruitment tools, will enable them to quickly and accurately identify the right provider for each role.
