The annual assessment of Talent Management solutions from Nucleus Research measuring vendors on both usability and functionality recognizes Cornerstone OnDemand, SumTotal Systems, Talentsoft and SAP Success Factor as current sector “Leaders.”
“Organizations had been planning for an influx of candidates, which fast became a shortage that has underscored the critical nature of tools that retain quality employees and prepare them for career growth,” said Research Analyst Evelyn McMullen. “Nucleus expects analytics to be a key feature of talent management solutions over the next six to twelve months.”
Nucleus Research’s findings indicate that leaders’ key investment areas were automation and analytics functionality to help organizations identify top performers, assign learning content and plan clearly defined career paths.
The Talent Management Value Matrix was created by Nucleus Research to serve as a snapshot of the talent management market and evaluate vendor services based on the value customers realized from each product’s capabilities.
