EaseCentral Partners with Guardian to Expand Online Benefits Enrollment Access Nationwide

EaseCentral, the leading HR and benefits SaaS platform powered by insurance brokers, has announced an integration with insurance provider The Guardian Life Insurance Company of America®, (Guardian). The partnership will increase opportunities for small and medium sized business owners to offer their employees Guardian insurance plans and help simplify the enrollment process. The integration will allow existing Guardian and EaseCentral customers to access their benefits information online, creating a simplified way to make selections and changes to important personal information hrtech news.

Guardian is a Fortune 250 company and a leading provider of life, dental, disability and other individual employee benefits. This integration will allow small businesses, with as little as two employees, to access these quality employee benefits that they otherwise would not have access to. Additionally, by integrating directly with Guardian, ID cards are sent to employees more quickly, allowing them to take advantage of their coverage even sooner hrtech.

This integration supports Guardian’s group dental, vision, life/AD&D, STD, LTD, critical illness/specified disease, hospital indemnity, accident, and cancer plans. Employees nationwide will be able to enroll in Guardian plans online, through the EaseCentral portal, eliminating paperwork. It will also allow brokers who offer Guardian plans to provide their clients with a more efficient enrollment process, saving time and resources.
