Al Rubosky joins Alliant Insurance Services in Cleveland

Cleveland-based benefits consultant Al Rubosky has joined Alliant Insurance Services as Vice President within its Employee Benefits Group. Rubosky will leverage his broad industry experience to service a national client base, with a focus on program strategy, plan design, and risk management.

Rubosky joins Alliant with more than 20 years of experience in benefits consulting, healthcare, client service, and business development. Over this time, he has developed an extensive skill set that includes healthcare funding strategies, employee communications, compliance, executive benefits, non-traditional benefits, and risk management. Rubosky’s diverse client experience includes small, middle, and large market employers across the U.S.

Prior to joining Alliant, Rubosky was a Benefits Consultant with a national, independently owned insurance brokerage and employee benefits consulting firm. He earned his bachelor’s degree in business administration from Baldwin Wallace University, where he was an NCAA Football letterman.
