Ranks #1 in Vision & Capability and Customer Satisfaction in industry reports, partners with tech & HR leaders, and receives accolades for its innovative platform & Belonging Model

Achievers, the industry leading employee experience platform, celebrates its growth in employee recognition and belonging in 2023. Powered by leading HR industry strategic partnerships and alliances, research and thought leadership from the Achievers Workforce Institute (AWI), and the hiring of veteran executives in the field, Achievers received several industry accolades in 2023 recognizing these achievements.

In April, Achievers announced that it ranked number one in vision and capability on Everest Group’s Rewards and Recognition (R&R) Solutions PEAK Matrix® assessment, which evaluated 26 vendors in the reward & recognition category. Achievers similarly ranked number one in the breadth-of-service category by HRO Today’s 2023 “Baker’s Dozen” Customer Satisfaction Ratings, which are based on an independent analysis of feedback collected from verified recognition customers and buyers. Achievers also ranked high for its exceptional customer satisfaction ratings in the G2’s Regional Grid® Reports.

Recognition for Achievers

Achievers garnered praise for fostering people-centric cultures internally and for its customers. In its fall HR technology awards program, Brandon Hall Group honored Achievers and its customer Bon Secours Mercy Health as Silver winners for Best Advance in Rewards and Recognition Technology. Additionally, Great Place to Work® Canada honored Achievers with nine awards throughout 2023, recognizing its commitment to mental wellness, inclusivity, technology, and more. The company was also honored throughout the year with 25+ awards for its culture and the employee experience platform.

“In 2023, Achievers remained focused on changing how the world works,” said Jeff Cates, CEO, Achievers. “However, as employee needs, tech, and HR challenges evolve, our approach to powering data-driven recognition and belonging must continue to evolve as well. Three essentials amplified our mission and helped our customers adapt this year – great partners such as Microsoft and Workday, passionate A-Players, and AWI’s science-backed workforce best practices. We were also humbled to be recognized by industry analysts for our vision, capability, and customer satisfaction when evaluated against other vendors.”

Partner Innovation

Achievers fostered stronger strategic partnerships with Workday and Microsoft in 2023, enabling HR and business leaders to take their employee experiences to new heights. As a certified Workday Innovation Partner, Achievers and Workday expanded on key integrations, including User Sync, One-Time Payment, and Anytime Feedback. Achievers and Microsoft also bolstered the “Achievers for Teams” integration, increasing the workforce’s sense of belonging – including frontline workers – by embedding recognition opportunities in the employees’ flow of work.

AWI Data Highlights

AWI provided business and HR leaders with various 2023 workforce science reports, including its Manager Effectiveness Report, HR Preparedness Report, and Engagement and Retention Report. Reflecting on a year of data, 3 findings stand out:

AWI also published the most comprehensive report in its history, The Belonging Blueprint. This guide provides everything HR leaders need to know about creating a culture of belonging in the workplace. It includes tips from experts on the frontlines of cultivating belonging, including Kumari Williams, Vice President of Diversity and Belonging at Workday.

“At Workday, we believe belonging is the feeling we create when we treat every person like the valuable member of our community that they are,” said Williams in her Belonging Blueprint foreword. “Belonging is a goal we’re pursuing together — and it means showing up as your best self and letting others do the same while respecting each other’s limits and the appropriate boundaries of our workplace.”

Employee Appreciation, Community, and Wellness

Achievers understands that employee connections drive increased rates of belonging and strives to build a strong community for its employees, also called A-Players. As part of this endeavor, Achievers launched a give-back initiative for its annual Employee Appreciation Week (February 27 – March 3) celebration. Throughout this week-long celebration, Achievers made charitable donations to its employees’ favorite causes through its platform. During companywide volunteering days, A-Players also supported local nonprofits such as Food from the Heart, The Ronald McDonald House, and Hospice Toronto. Achievers also remained devoted to employee wellness, offering wellness challenges and additional paid “recharge days” off.

Achievers’ employee investments also extend beyond its philanthropic and wellness efforts. Throughout 2023, Achievers focused on adding veteran executives to its leadership team. Achievers executives appointed in 2023 include:
